Shipping costs
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, parcel size and available delivery method.
The final shipping cost is always displayed before payment. No hidden shipping charges are added after the order is placed.

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.
Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to become active after collection by the carrier.

Before the parcel leaves
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Customs & duties
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price. The recipient is responsible for any applicable import charges.
Refusing customs charges may result in the parcel being returned. Return shipping, customs or carrier costs may be deducted from the refund.
BEFORE COMPLETING PAYMENT

Please check your delivery information before completing the order.
KULTCORE cannot be held responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Notice an error? Contact us immediately. We can only change an address before the parcel has been dispatched.

When something goes wrong
Most parcels arrive without issue. When they do not, these are the steps to take.
DELAYED
Tracking can pause while a parcel moves between facilities or passes through customs.
LOST
Contact us after the estimated delivery window and we will review the tracking with the carrier.
DAMAGED
Photograph the outer packaging and item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The garment is checked, folded and protected before being placed inside packaging designed to preserve the product throughout transport.
