Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During product launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Poland: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Other countries: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. KULTCORE is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@kultcore.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
